I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 582-2004 giving details of offers received to carry out the undernoted works:-
(a) HINDMARSH AVENUE WARDEN'S COMPLEX - NEW ENTRANCE RAMP AND HAND RAIL
The Committee agreed to accept the offer under the Schedule of Rates from Dundee Contract Services amounting to 12,000 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-

Planning Supervisor 300
Professional Services 1,342
making a total expenditure of 14,000.
(b) HINDMARSH AVENUE WARDEN'S COMPLEX - KITCHEN REFIT
The Committee agreed to accept the offer under the Schedule of Rates from Dundee Contract Services amounting to 22,250 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-

Planning Supervisor 320
Professional Services 3,024
making a total expenditure of 26,000.
