I GREY LODGE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT 2006/2009
Councillors Grant and W Dawson declared a non-financial interest in the following item being Council representatives on the Grey Lodge Management Committee.
There was submitted Joint Report No 196-2006 by the Director of Leisure and Communities and the Assistant Chief Executive (Management) seeking approval for a Service Level Agreement to be entered into between Dundee City Council and Grey Lodge Settlement for the period 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2009.
The Committee approved the following recommendations:-
(a) to remit to the Director of Leisure and Communities to enter, on behalf of Dundee City Council, into a three year Service Level Agreement with Grey Lodge Settlement subject to ongoing monitoring and evaluation as to efficiency, economy and effectiveness and to remit the Depute Chief Executive (Support Services) and the Director of Leisure and Communities to keep these agreements under review and amend as appropriate.
(b) to provide grant aid of 58,974 per year for the period 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2009.
This report was also submitted to the Personnel Committee on 20th March 2006.
II THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS 2005/2006
There was submitted Report No 157-2006 by the Director of Leisure and Communities making a recommendation for a grant award as approved in the Council's final Revenue Budget 2005/2006. The grant award would be met from the department's Third Party Payments 2005/2006.
The Committee approved payment of the recommended grant of 10,536 to the Volunteer Centre, Dundee.
