II REVIEW OF POLLING DISTRICTS - POLLING PLACES
There was submitted Report No 552-2006 by the Chief Executive seeking approval for the designation of Polling Places.
The Council agreed that the boundaries for the Polling Districts as outlined in the report be approved and that the Polling Places for use in next year's Scottish Parliament and Local Government elections be as indicated in the Appendix to the report.
III MORGAN TRUST - MEMBERSHIP
Reference was made to Article VII of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 15th May 2003 wherein it was agreed that the Education Convener, Depute Education Convener, one member of the SNP Group and one member of the Conservative Group be appointed to serve on the above.
Following the resignation of Councillor Fordyce, the Council agreed to appoint Bailie Corrigan.
