I THE PARTNERSHIP IN PRACTICE AGREEMENT - 2007/2010
There was submitted Report No 659-2007 by the Director of Social Work advising of the Partnership in Practice Agreement for 2007/2010, which outlined service developments for adults with learning disabilities and their families.
The Committee agreed:-
(i) to note and approve the final draft of the Partnership in Practice Agreement; and
(ii) to instruct the Director of Social Work to advise the Scottish Government of the content of the final Partnership in Practice Agreement.
II DIRECT PAYMENT RATES
On a reference to Article III of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 26th November, 2007, wherein it was agreed that revised Direct Payment Rates take effect from 1st January, 2008, it was reported that this date should have coincided with the date of the new domiciliary care contract rates coming into effect, which was 1st October, 2007.
The Committee agreed that the effective date for the new Direct Payment Rate be amended to 1st October, 2007.
