Prior to the commencement of the undernoted business, the Lord Provost paid tribute to all those involved in the Lord Provost's Youth Parade.
I INTRODUCTION - CHIEF CONSTABLE, TAYSIDE POLICE
The Council congratulated Kevin Mathieson on being appointed Chief Constable of Tayside Police. Thereafter, the Chief Constable briefly outlined operational priorities and emphasised the need to develop further partnership working.
