(i) NEW GRANTS

The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, agreed to grant the above application.

This must be provided by the owner of the property and agreed with Tayside Fire and Rescue under the Fire (Scotland) Act.

(ii) VARIATION

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to alterations to the area where alcohol is displayed and the area to be increased from 13.46m2 to 19m2.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to increase the area from 69.56m2 to 110.35m2.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to the increase of the alcohol sales area from 30.8m2 to 36.65m2 and the inclusion of wine tasting at 5(f) of the operating plan.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to the final layout drawings for the premises and to permit gambling twenty-four hours a day.
