I TENDERS RECEIVED
The Convener and Councillors Ross, Hunter, McCready and Bailie Wallace declared a non-financial interest in this item by virtue of their appointments to Dundee Leisure Board.
There was submitted Report No 539-2009 by the City Architectural Services Officer detailing the tenders received for roof refurbishment at Lochee Leisure Centre and Neighbourhood Library and seeking a decision thereon.
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer from Dundee Contract Services amounting to 272,167, together with allowances of 27,000 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 299,167.
