II LICENSING BOARD - MEMBERSHIP
It was reported that Councillor Andy Dawson had resigned from the above.
The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor Roberts.
III LICENSING COMMITTEE - DEPUTE CONVENER
It was reported that Councillor Andy Dawson had resigned from the above position and from the membership of the Licensing Committee.
The Council agreed that the Depute Convener position be filled by Councillor Hunter and that the vacancy on the Committee be filled by Councillor Melville, a trained substitute.
It was also agreed that Councillor Duncan be appointed to fill the vacancy created for a trained substitute.
