The extended hours would be for the duration of a meal or for the duration of a private function.

IV PERSONAL LICENCES

 

(a) REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARING

 

The Board agreed to hold a review hearing in respect of Waqas Carim.

 

(b) REVIEW HEARINGS

 

(i) Hassan Khalid

 

The Board, having been informed that the licence holder was not present and the hearing having already been deferred for the same reason, agreed to the hearing proceeding. The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative, agreed to endorse the licence.

 

(ii) Krystyna Widz

 

The Board agreed to defer the above hearing to the April meeting of this Board.

 

(iii) Henry Bradley

 

Councillor Fordyce declared a non-financial interest by virtue of having a relative employed by Tayside Police, left the Chamber and took no part in the debate.

 

The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, held the grounds for the review to have been established and agreed to endorse the licence.

 

(iv) Elaine Bradley

 

Councillor Fordyce declared a non-financial interest by virtue of having a relative employed by Tayside Police, left the Chamber and took no part in the debate.

 

The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, held the grounds for the review to have been established and agreed to endorse the licence.

 

V PREMISES LICENCE - REVIEW HEARING

 

Councillor Fordyce declared a non-financial interest by virtue of having a relative employed by Tayside Police, left the Chamber and took no part in the debate.

 

(i) THE BUSH BAR, 30 SEAGATE

 

The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licensee, held the grounds for the review to have been established and agreed to continue the hearing to the June meeting of this Board to allow the implementation of proposed changes to the operation of the premises and for a report to be submitted by the Licensing Standards Officers.
