I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

The Director of Housing declared a non-financial interest in Article III by virtue of her partner's employment with Home Scotland.

II SHQS PROGRESS REPORT ON COMPLIANCE

There was submitted Report No 306-2013 by the Director of Housing updating members on the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) progress to the end of March, 2013 and advising on the risk management measures in place to mitigate risks to compliance.

The Committee noted progress at the end of 2012/2013 towards achieving SHQS by 2015 and the actions being implemented to manage risks to delivery.

III STRATEGIC HOUSING INVESTMENT PLAN 2013/2018

There was submitted Report No 317-2013 by the Director of Housing seeking approval of the Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2013/2018.

The Committee approved the content of the Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2013/2018.

IV LOCAL HOUSING STRATEGY 2013/2018

With reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 11th March, 2013, there was submitted Agenda Note AN81-2013 advising that the Local Housing Strategy 2013/2018 had been submitted to the Scottish Government on 18th March, 2013, and detailing feedback received.

The Committee noted the feedback and that the improvement suggestions would be considered when the LHS was updated in November, 2013.

V REGISTERED TENANT ORGANISATIONS - ADMINISTRATION GRANTS

There was submitted Agenda Note AN82-2013 requesting grant assistance towards administrative costs for 2013/2014 from the undernoted organisations at the levels outlined:-
