The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and taken into account objections, the Convener moved to refuse the above application. As an amendment, Councillor Cordell moved to grant the above application.
On a division, there voted for the motion - the Convener and Councillors Hunter and Gordon (3); and for the amendment - Depute Lord Provost Roberts and Councillors Murray, Cordell and Cruickshank (4) - whereupon the motion was declared carried.
