I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

The Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services declared a non-financial interest in Article III by virtue of her partners employment with Hillcrest Housing Association.

II REGISTERED TENANT ORGANISATIONS - ADMINISTRATION GRANTS

There was submitted Agenda Note AN1-2016 advising that a request for grant assistance towards administration costs for 2015/2016 had been received from Charleston Tenants and Residents Association.

The Committee agreed to grant assistance of 301 as requested.

III HILLTOWN REGENERATION - REDEVELOPMENT OF DERBY STREET

On references to Article ll of the minute of this Committee of 26th October, 2015 and Article ll(b) of the minute of meeting of the City Council as Fleming Trustees of 14th September, 2015 there was submitted Report No 16-2016 by the Chief Executive seeking approval for the Council to procure the design and construction of the new build Council and Fleming Trust housing units at Derby Street via an award of contract through the Scape Framework.

The Committee approved the Council award a contract under the Scape Framework for the construction of new build housing at Derby Street, Hilltown, Dundee.

IV TENDERS RECEIVED BY HEAD OF DESIGN AND PROPERTY: MILL OMAINS - WINDOWS AND DOORREPLACEMENTS

There was submitted Report No 14-2016 by the Head of Property and Design detailing tenders received in respect of the above project and requesting a decision thereon.

The Committee agreed to a partnership project with the Environment Department (Construction Services) in the sum of 402,896.56, together with allowances of 19,444 for Tenants Allowances and 34,246.21 for Professional Services, making a total expenditure of 456,586.77.

The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 2 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.

V PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION

There was submitted Agenda Note AN2-2016 relative to the above.

The Committee approved the allocation of a property as detailed in the note.
