II PLANNING APPLICATIONS
(a) 17-00738-FULL - 160 OLD GLAMIS ROAD, DUNDEE - SECTION 42 APPLICATION TO VARY CONDITION 3 OF PLANNING PERMISSION 07-00143-FULL TO FACILITATE A TRAMPOLINE PARK - FOR RYZE DUNDEE LTD
Having considered objections received, the Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
(b) 17-00737-FULL - 160 OLD GLAMIS ROAD, DUNDEE - ADDITION OF FIRST FLOOR TO RELOCATE AND EXPAND CAFE FACILITIES - FOR RYZE DUNDEE LTD
The Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
III DELEGATED ITEMS
There was submitted Agenda Note AN95-2017 advising that from 29th September, 2017 to 28th October, 2017, 39 applications were decided under delegated powers. Ten of these applications attracted objections, and all of these were approved.
