II PLANNING APPLICATIONS
(a) 18-00127-FULL - 51 MAGDALEN YARD ROAD, DUNDEE - DEVELOPMENT OF 5 THREE BEDROOM HOUSES AND 2 THREE BEDROOM FLATS WITH ASSOCIATED PARKING, AMENITY SPACE, NEW ACCESS AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS - FOR F & H DEVELOPMENTS.
Having considered objections received, the Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
(b) 18-00146-LBC - DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CATEGORY C LISTED FACADE OF FORMER TAY ROPE WORKS - FOR F & H DEVELOPMENTS
The Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
III DELEGATED APPLICATIONS
There was submitted Agenda Note AN32-2018 advising that from 2nd April, 2018 to 1st May, 2018, 52 applications were decided under delegated powers. Nine of these applications attracted objections, two of these were refused and seven of these were approved.
