I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

II SCOTTISH FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT - 1ST OCTOBER, 2022 TO 31STDECEMBER, 2022
There was submitted Report No 56-2023 by Area Commander Sharp, providing information for the Committee regarding the performance of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service against the priorities, outcomes and performance indicators detailed within the Local Fire and Rescue Plan for Dundee 2020/2023, to facilitate local scrutiny.
The Committee agreed to note, scrutinise and question the content of the report.
III DUNDEE LOCAL POLICING AREA QUARTERLY POLICE REPORT - 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST DECEMBER,2022
There was submitted Report No 57-2023 by Chief Superintendent Davison, providing information for the Committee regarding the performance of Police Scotland against performance indicators that would facilitate local scrutiny.
The Committee agreed to note and scrutinise the operational report.
IV PROTECTING PEOPLE COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORTS 2021/2022
There was submitted Report No 55-2023 by the Protecting People Committee Independent Chairs, presenting to the Committee the annual reports published by the Protecting People Committees for the period 2021/2022.
The Committee agreed:-
(i) to note the content of each of the annual reports which were attached to the report as Appendices 1 to 4;
(ii) to note the progress made in developing an effective partnership response to the needs of at risk children and adults during 2021/2022 as outined in Section 4.2 of the report;
(iii) to note the challenges and priority areas for action identified across the annual reports for focus during 2022/2023 and beyond as outlined in Section 4.3 of the report; and
(iv) to note the intention to produce a single, integrated annual report for all Dundee Protecting People Committees for the reporting year 2022/2023 as outlined in Section 4.4 of the report.
