There was submitted a written submission from the applicant. The Committee gave consideration to the content of the written submission. Reference was made to Article VI(a) of the minute of meeting of this Committee held on 22nd May, 2025, wherein the Committee agreed to grant the application for a period of six months subject to the conditions that the applicant submits his medical, SVQ certificate, provides a Unique Tax Reference Number and name an operator, and further agreed to recall the matter for an update at a future Licensing Committee. There was submitted the original letter of representation from the Chief Constable. The Committee gave consideration to the content of the letter. VI VALEDICTORY - BRIAN WOODCOCK, SENIOR SOLICITOR, CORPORATE SERVICES
The Convener, on behalf of the Committee, paid tribute to Brian Woodcock, Senior Solicitor, Corporate Services, upon his retiral later in the year, expressed thanks for his services to the Licensing Committee and wished him well for the future.
