I PRESENTATION - CIVIC PRIZE FOR ARCHITECTURE 2000
It was reported that the Civic Prize for Architecture 2000 had been awarded to Mr Kevin Haggarty for his project on a Scottish Centre for Engineering and Technology at Dundee Waterfront.

IV SCOTTISH COUNCIL FOR DEAFNESS
It was reported that Councillor Ward had resigned from the above body.
The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor Letford.
