The Committee agreed to accept the offer as detailed.

VI SITES AT SMEATON ROAD, DUNDEE

It was reported that the lessees of two separate sites at Smeaton Road had applied to the Council to purchase their respective sites.

VII SUPERIORS CONSENT - SOUTH ROAD/MYREKIRK ROAD

The Director of Economic Development reported that the ground at the above location had been sold by the Corporation of the City of Dundee in 1963 to the Church of Scotland for the purpose of erection of a house and was subject to a number of conditions regarding the use of the property as a house, maintenance, etc. The current purchaser of the property intended to demolish the property and had requested the Council as Superiors grant a waiver of the title conditions.

On the recommendation of the Director of Economic Development, the Committee agreed to this request subject to appropriate payments and to the City Council's normal terms and conditions.
