Dundee Council Leader Opens Firm

Dundee City Council leader John Alexander will help a city firm celebrate the opening of its new base on Tuesday June 18.

Plumbing, mechanical electrical and renewables company PME (Dundee) Ltd is moving into premises at Faraday Court following an expansion of staff to twenty employees.

PME (Dundee) has taken on staff from McGill, including apprentices, following its administration.

In the last year, PME (Dundee) has grown from two staff to twenty and has now moved into larger premises

Councillor Alexander said: “I am delighted to see the growth of this local company as they move into their new base.

“I wish all connected with the firm the very best for the future.

“It was also pleasing to see that PME (Dundee) stepped in to give opportunities to people caught up in the administration of McGill.”
