Dundee's ClimateView dashboard updated

In the run-up to Earth Hour 2026, Dundee has published an updated ClimateView dashboard showcasing live data on its path to net zero as part of the rollout of a wider Scottish Climate Intelligence Service programme.
The Scottish Climate Intelligence Service (SCIS) is supporting the delivery of the ClimateView platform with all 32 Scottish local authorities to ensure a consistent, collaborative model is followed by all when contributing towards Scotland’s net-zero carbon emissions goals.
Dundee City Council adopted the original ClimateView dashboard in 2022 as part of its Dundee Climate Action Plan, having previously piloted and helped to develop the dashboard.
The updated dashboard contains a live overview of the data relating to city-wide emissions and to scenarios outlined within the Dundee Local Area Energy Plan.
SCIS is co-delivered by the Improvement Service and Edinburgh Climate Change Institute, with funding provided by the Scottish Government and local authorities through COSLA.
