Reporting a Housing Repair

From 20th April, we are moving over to a new Housing Repairs System, a major step forward in improving how repairs are managed, scheduled and completed across the city.  

This step forward will mean that in the near future, our Customer Services Team will be able to make appointments for non-emergency repairs to be carried out and offer suitable dates and times to have certain repairs carried out.  

As we make this change, we ask for your patience and understanding as the call centre may be busy.
