Immediately available employment land as a % of total land allocated for employment purposes in the local development plan for the financial year 2025/25 was 73.5%. This has decreased from 76.3% in 2023/24.
This is an indicator included within the Local Government Benchmarking Framework (LGBF). The Benchmark Target is the average of Dundee City Council's family group of similar local authorities.
