Notice is hereby given that Dundee City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 112 of the above Act, intend to revoke the existing Management Rules which came into force on 1 June 2019 and to make new Management Rules to manage the public use of Cemeteries which will come into force on 1 March 2026.

A copy of the new Management Rules has been deposited at the office of Dundee City Council, Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee, and may be inspected free of charge from 21 November 2025 to 21 December 2025 between the hours of 8.45 am and 5.00 pm on business days and available for download on this website.

Any objections to the proposed Management Rules must be submitted in writing to Head of Environment, Neighbourhood Services, 5 City Square, Dundee or by email to environment@dundeecity.gov.uk stating the grounds of objection no later than 21 December 2025.
