
Join us for the 'Dundee Get Together', a vibrant new event celebrating the city’s cultural diversity while promoting kindness, inclusion and community spirit.
Enjoy a lively programme featuring a Dundee Kindness Exhibition, created by school pupils across the city, alongside a colourful parade showcasing local community groups and cultures. There will also be free interactive activities, music, dancing and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.

The main hub for the event will be City Square.

It's going to be colourful and joyful so please come along now and support these amazing groups representing different aspects of Dundee's communities along the parade route. There's also the opportunity to take part in lots of activities in City Square including a ceilidh with a difference!
- Details of the programme's activities and timings
3:30pm Parade - celebrating the groups, clubs and organisations who bring people together in Dundee. The parade will begin at the High School of Dundee and come down Reform Street and into City Square. Come and watch the spectacle and support them.
From 3:45pm Dancing - Join the dancing with:
- Scottish ceilidh dancing with Mad Ferret Band;
- African dance moves with One Africa Dance Group;
- Indian dancing with Bharatiya Ashram Dancers;
- And learn the Egwu Ukwu (waist Dance).
From 3pm-6pm, all activities are drop-in, no booking, all ages:
- We are Dundee Canvas - pop your print on a city skyline decorated and marked by colourful fingerprints, as together we all make up the city.
- Kindness in Dundee Looks Like - draw or write messages about kindness in the city on our chalk board.
- Dundee Rocks - draw on rocks with the Dundee Rocks group.
- Celebrate Play Festival - come and join the play with ScrapAntics and Dundee Play Forum.
- Active Dundee - try your skills at the netball hoop-shoot with Active Dundee.
- Games garden - play jenga and connect four together.
