An initial public meeting was held on 8th February 2005 in Committee Room 1, 14 City Square. The meeting included presentations from Dundee City Council, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Paths for All Partnership. The meeting was designed to give potential forum members an insight into access issues and to show how a Local Access Forum might work for Dundee.
A further meeting for those interested in being part of the wider forum and/or the core group was held on 2nd March 2005. This involved focused workshops to find ideas about how the Local Access Forum should operate.
The core group of the Local Access Forum met for the first time on 3rd May 2005.
