The school exclusion rate for all pupils for the academic year 2024/25 was 29.9 exclusions per 1,000 pupils. This is an increase from 20.2 exclusions per 1,000 pupils in 2022/23. This is a biennial indicator with data published by the Scottish Government every two years.
This is an indicator included within the Local Government Benchmarking Framework (LGBF). The Benchmark Target is the average of Dundee City Council's family group of similar local authorities.
