Landlord portal
If you are a landlord who receives Housing Benefit payments directly, you can now view your payments and receive information quicker and more securely via our new landlord portal. The new improved portal is easier to navigate and compatible with all devices.
The landlord portal only shows payments of Housing Benefit and Discretionary Housing Payment made by Dundee City Council. It does not show any Universal Credit payments made by the Department for Work and Pensions.

Housing Benefit - Under Occupancy
If you live in a council or housing association property and claim Housing Benefit, your entitlement may be reduced if your home is considered too large for you. The use of size criteria for under occupation is widely known as 'the bedroom tax', although it is a reduction of benefit rather than a tax we issue bills for.
