Gambling Act 2005
Legislation Governing Gambling
This area of licensing is the responsibility of Dundee City Licensing Board.
Operating and Personal licences are the responsibility of the Gambling Commission.

Taxi Policy
The current policy of the Committee is to limit the number of taxis to 611 and that a further full demand survey be held when the number of taxi's operating in the City falls to that figure.
The Committee further resolved that no new taxi licences be issued meantime.
