Due to Scotland being placed in Tier 4 on Saturday 26 December and in line with Government advice, we have made a number of changes to how we operate in order to control the spread of the virus and protect both you and our staff (updated 23 December).

Please be advised that with effect from Tuesday 29 December 2020 there will be no face to face enquiries or cashier facilities available at Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee.

The East District Housing Office, 169 Pitkerro Road, Dundee and the West District Housing Office, 3 Sinclair Street, Lochee, Dundee will also remain closed.

We will be encouraging anyone who wishes to access our services to do so online, over the telephone or by email.
