The Small Business Bonus Scheme (SBBS) Transitional Relief is available in Scotland to support eligible businesses that lose, or see a reduction in, rates relief following the 2026 non-domestic rates revaluation.
The relief helps businesses adjust to higher rates bills by phasing in any increase, ensuring that eligible ratepayers pay only 25% of the increase in their net bill during 2026/27.
