Direct Debit (Recommended):
Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest way to ensure your payments are always on time. You can choose to spread your instalments over 10 months (May to February) or 12 months (April to March).

- Other Automated Payment:
You can pay directly from your bank using BACS, telephone banking, standing order, or other automated methods.

Online Payment:
- Pay securely using our online payments section. You will need your Non-Domestic Rates 12-digit account number.
Telephone Payment:
- A 24-hour automated payment line is available by dialling 0845 6026943 (calls cost 5p per minute plus your provider’s access charge).
You will need:
- Your 12-digit Non-Domestic Rates account number.
- Your credit or debit card
- You will receive an authorisation code as confirmation once your payment is processed.
- Your bank or credit card account will be debited within three working days. All major credit/debit cards are accepted, including Switch, Delta, Visa, and Mastercard.
