Hello everyone, my name is Peanut and I am on the lookout for my forever home.
I am at Brown Street Kennels through no fault of my own and I am seeking a loving family that has experience with sighthounds. I like to think that I ‘m mostly very well behaved but can be reactive towards some dogs when I am on my walks. I haven’t had much socialisation, but I would find this very beneficial in the future so that I can understand other dogs better and hopefully make some friends.
I would prefer a quiet home as I can be nervous of loud noises and shouting. I cannot live with cats, and I am unsure if I could cope living with another dog. It will depend on if I like them when I meet them. I can be homed with children over the age of 10 years old.
I enjoy a good walk but being a Saluki I’m also happy To lounge around the house or garden (especially in sunny spots). I’m a real cutie so will give you the head tilt and paw, oh and I like hugs too!
