Due to high demand and the lack of available housing in certain areas this might affect the length of time you may have to wait for housing in your preferred area.
This is particularly the case in areas where a large number of Council houses have been sold and more people want council housing than there are houses available.
This would apply to, but is not limited to areas such as, Broughty Ferry, Barnhill, Forthill, Taybank, Craigiebank, Blackness and Elgin Granton.
There are areas of the city and types of property which are in less demand.
