Stage 2: Starter (SCQF level 2- 3) - Structured activity offering high support
Programme outline:
Supporting people ages 15-29 into a positive destination. This might be into volunteering, employment or into further education or training. We offer a wide range of support from stages 1 - 5 and is tailored to each individual person. We offer lots of different opportunities including training offers, including First Aid, Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, Support to Gain CSCS card as well as SQA qualifications. We support with updating CVs and job applications, interview skills and preparation and supporting people to get ready for moving into the world of work. We can source work experience relevant to your chosen career path to enhance your skills and provide beneficial experience. Once a person moves into a positive destination, we continue to support them for 1 year, this can be in the background or more regular support should a person wish.
