Programme outline:
This hollistic, person-centred programme will support 12 volunteers over a nine-month period, offering structured guidance to individuals facing significant mental or physical wellbeing challenges. Our goal is to create a programme where participants can work together as a team to support eachother and move towards a positive destination that suits them - whether through volunteering, employment, or continued education.
