This is the 3rd annual update on the local operation of Community Payback Orders (CPOs) covering the period 2013-2014.
The Criminal Justice and Licensing Act (Scotland) 2010 imposes a duty on local authorities to submit annual reports in relation to CPOs to the Scottish Government. The 3rd of these reports was submitted in November 2014.
