Antisocial Behaviour

Antisocial behaviour happens when people act in a way that causes alarm or distress to others. This can damage a neighbourhood and affect the people who live there. Scotland has laws to tackle antisocial behaviour and the Council is committed to protecting the people of Dundee from this nuisance.

If you, or someone you know, is suffering because of the antisocial behaviour of others, or, if you want to know how the law affects you, the team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm on 01382 307366 or 0800 169 3845.
