The Home Owner's Charter and the associated standards were developed in partnership with Dundee City Council and DACHO (Dundee Association of Council House Owners) in order to improve services to owners involved in the delivery of Neighbourhood Services Capital Programme of Works.
The aims and objectives of the Home Owners Charter set out mutually agreed standards in the delivery of services involving owner occupiers the detail of which can be viewed below.
