The Sub-Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that this would involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of the Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the above Act.

I PURCHASE OF CARE AT HOME EXCEEDING AGREED LIMITS

There was submitted Report No 519-2005 by the Director of Social Work seeking an authorised limit of funding in respect of the care package provided to Mrs A.

The Sub-Committee agreed to the funding limit proposed in respect of meeting the needs of Mrs A.
