II PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
(b) 16-00092-MDPO - 21D PERTH ROAD, DUNDEE - FORMATION OF STUDENT HOUSING
The Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Executive Director of City Development.
III DELEGATED APPLICATIONS
It was reported for the information of the Committee that from 23rd February, 2016 to 23rd March, 2016, 50 applications were decided under delegated powers. Three of these applications attracted objections and all of them were approved.
