MORE THAN £500,000 worth of work to improve council houses in Dundee is set to be considered by councillors.
Contracts to replace boilers and roofs in 157 homes from Broughty Ferry to Maryfield will be discussed by the council’s neighbourhood services committee on Monday January 7.
Kevin Cordell committee convener said: “Warm, easy to heat and fuel efficient homes are a key part of our commitment to tenants and this significant investment helps us to continue to deliver on it.”
The £564,000 worth of contracts are recommended for award to Dundee City Council’s construction services division.
