New Tenant N-able welcomed to Dundee House

Dundee City Council has welcomed a new tenant to its flagship headquarters building, with software firm N-able (NYSE: NABL) moving its city operations into Dundee House.
Fair Work, Economic Growth, and Infrastructure Convener Councillor Steven Rome recently visited the N-able offices to welcome staff to the North Lindsay Street complex.
He explained, "This is a pioneering link-up between the local authority and our local technology sector. We are keen to help support Dundee’s digital firms and to maximise the efficient use of our building stock.
“As part of its property rationalisation approach, the City Council has reduced its overall property footprint, allowing offices at Dundee House to be leased to external tenants. This coincided with N-able seeking new premises. I am pleased that we have been able to provide accommodation for N-able and I am glad to see how they have settled into their new surroundings."
N-able is a leading global software provider of IT management, data protection, and security solutions, empowering IT services providers with powerful solutions to monitor, manage, and secure their customers' systems, data, and networks. Built on a scalable platform, it offers secure infrastructure and tools to simplify complex ecosystems, as well as resources to navigate evolving IT needs.
"We’re thrilled to have moved into our new Collaboration Hub at Dundee House, this move represents not just a new location, but a move forward in our commitment to supporting growth and innovation in Dundee where we have been a resident for many years,” said Neil McIntosh, Senior Director, Partner Success at N-able.
"As we settle into our new home of creativity and collaboration, we’d like to share a huge thanks to Dundee City Council for making us feel so welcome."
