Rangers can be booked to give talks and guided walks on environmental topics to suit your group. Charges do apply.
Work in the Community
We assist local initiatives. If you are interested in improving the environment near you or wish to become involved in important conservation projects, we may be able to help. Volunteer sessions are held at different sites across the city. All are welcome to join.

Travel Dundee bus number 17 stops on Berwick Drive and Longhaugh Road, 5 minutes' walk to the woodland.
How the wood has grown
The young trees in the fields near Braeview Academy and the Vale of Duntrune are part of Middleton Wood, Dundee's Community Woodland.
Tree-planting started in 1993.
Before work started, these were farmed fields. Community and school groups planted tiny saplings which have grown into the young woodland of today.
