Dundee Housing Land Audit 2017
The annual audit of housing land provides a factual statement of land supply within the administrative boundaries of Dundee City Council. The audit is based on a survey carried out in April 2016.
The audit remains an important source of information for the monitoring of the Dundee Local Development Plan 2014 and TAYplan Strategic Development Plan 2012. TAYplan requires that housing land within Dundee be identified to accommodate an annual build rate of 610 units. The audit identifies that there is an existing generous effective supply of land for housing across the City.
