Dundee City Council's Welfare Rights Team can help you with a wide range of benefits, debt and tax credit advice. Visit the 'Welfare Rights' section of this website, email welfare.rights@dundeecity.gov.uk or call 0300 102 4011 (option 2).

Veterans Welfare Service

The Veterans Welfare Service, Veterans UK, provides statutory support to the veteran community and can assist you with queries about war pensions and other schemes:

if you have any questions about your Armed Forces Pension, you can call the Veterans UK Helpline on 0800 085 3600
if you have been injured as a result of your service, you can seek advice on the War Pension or Armed Forces Compensation Schemes. Call 0141 224 2709, email Veterans-UK-VWS-Scot-NI@mod.uk or visit the website https://www.gov.uk/government/groups/veterans-welfare-service.

The service can also advocate on your behalf and signpost you to other sources of advice and assistance.

Armed Services Advice Project (ASAP)

The Armed Services Advice Project (ASAP) is a service provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau which provides free, impartial, dedicated information, advice and support to members of the Armed Forces Community in Scotland. The service covers a range of areas, including benefits, debt, employment, relationships and housing.
