Housing Options in Dundee - Housing Application Form
Information/Service?
To get an application form you can:
- Download a housing application form (713KB PDF)
- Pick one up at any of our housing offices
- Phone the Lettings Centre, Tel: 0300 123 9023 or 01382 307400 to have one sent to you.
If you require help in completing the form you can phone the Lettings Centre, Tel: 0300 123 9023 or 01382 307400, where staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You can also call into any housing office where staff will be happy to help you to complete the form.
So that we can deal with your application quickly, please supply proof of Identity for yourself and anyone aged 16 years or over who will be living with you in any house we offer you. We will photocopy the documents, return the originals to you and keep the copies along with the form. The following documents will be suitable as proof of identity:
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Card
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- Marriage certificate
- Other documents showing date of birth
