Legislation Governing Gambling

The Gambling Act 2005 is now in force.  During the initial, transitional stage, existing operators who wish to take advantage of grandfather rights must apply for conversion to a new premises licence between 21st May and no later than 30th July, 2007.

This area of licensing is the responsibility of Dundee City Licensing Board.

Operating and Personal licences are the responsibility of the Gambling Commission.
