Reporting Housing Benefit Fraud

Investigations into Housing Benefit fraud are carried out by the Department for Work & Pensions. If you suspect someone of committing Housing Benefit fraud you can report this via the DWP website.  You can also contact them by telephone on 0800 854 440.  For customers who are hard of hearing, a textphone number is available 0800 328 6341.

Sales Ledger

The Sales Ledger team is based within the Digital and customer services department and provides a full sundry debt service.  A sundry debt or general invoice as it is sometimes known is issued in respect of a large range of services provided by Dundee City Council.  This also includes external clients such as Dundee Contemporary Arts and Leisure & Culture Dundee.  The exception to this service is Council House Rent, Business Rates or Council Tax.

Information Technology (IT)

The Information Technology (IT) Division is responsible for the provision of all Dundee City Council's information processing and computing facilities.

Service provision includes:
