DEEAP (Dundee Energy Efficiency Advice Project) provides free advice and practical support for people who are struggling with their energy costs. Our experienced Energy Advisers can help you access energy vouchers, hardship funds and heating grants, and will check whether you may be eligible for financial assistance.
We can support you with completing applications, dealing with fuel suppliers, managing issues with prepayment meters, and helping to maintain your energy supply during periods of financial hardship. Where additional support is needed, we can also refer you to other Council Advice Services to help maximise your income and ensure you receive all the assistance available to you.
