If your V5C has not been updated or you have a courtesy vehicle, please contact us by email.

When emailing, include the following details:
· Your application name
· Your email address
· The current registration number the permit is held under
· The new vehicle registration details
How to change your vehicle registration:
Please log into your permit account if you have your updated V5C DVLA vehicle
registration document and click on my permits, choose your current permit and click on
the car symbol and click request change of vehicle. Update the vehicle information and
upload your V5C/Company V5C with letter confirming exclusive use/lease/hire
agreement/mutability letter. This will then send a notification to the parking team who
will update your vehicle details. Please allow 5 working days for this to reviewed.
If you have a new vehicle and have no updated car documents:

Please allow 5 working days for this to reviewed.
If you would like to cancel your permit:
Please log in to your My Account. Click on the three dots beside your active permit and
select “Request cancellation”.
A box will appear where you can enter your reason for cancelling (e.g., no longer
required, moving out). Click Next and your permit will then be cancelled.
